Airbus needed a new image, it needed to project innovation beyond its iconic core products. We focused on telling compelling stories on the transformation and sustainability goals of the aviation industry, and the future of travel using every medium available at their disposal. Through their digital and social platforms, airshows and events, print, and mobile apps, we engaged their various constituents and drove traffic to both their site and their pavilion at airshows, providing effective air cover for their sales force. As a result of the new ad campaign and new website, Airbus saw a 120% increase in online traffic.

E-fan channel crossing social event
To introduce E-fan, the first plane powered by electric motors, we developed a social media event for Airbus where the E-fan aircraft would follow the historic path of the first flight of an airplane across the English Channel. The event was broadcast across multiple social media channels to reach a wide spectrum of flight enthusiasts and industry thought leaders.
