Being a leading financial institutions, Bank of America wanted to connect with their private banking and small business customer base in the U.S. on a more personal level. The aim was to create an online community for their everyday customers and share how they’ve benefited from products and services focused on private and small business banking. Small business success stories are told through interviews on The Way Ahead community website, plus the use of helpful tools and resources for better management of customers’ finances. These personal stories were also spread to Bank of America social media channels, encouraging more current and potential customers to join in the exchange.
